Interpretation
Words with initial capitalization have meanings defined below and apply equally to singular and plural forms.

Subscriptions and Payments

Call-E AI provides Software-as-a-Service subscriptions.
By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of duplicate billing or system error.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities under your account.

You agree not to:

share your credentials with others,

impersonate another person or business, or

use a username that infringes another’s rights or is obscene or misleading.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you provide becomes the property of Call-E AI.
You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and incorporate such feedback without obligation.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, and trademarks within the Service are the exclusive property of Call-E AI and its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Call-E AI.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the past six months or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that any defects will be corrected.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute Resolution

You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected].
If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Warren County, Ohio, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

You are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo or on a U.S. government restricted list.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
